Usage
Blogmaker is intended to be used for creating blogs and writing posts.
Subscription
Blogmaker is a paid product. The customer is required to upgrade their blog to a paid plan to keep it active.
Refunds
If we have not imported your posts from elsewhere, full refunds can be issued within 30-days of purchase. Refunds are eligble only of the first purchase, not any subsequent ones. Before any upcoming payment, an email is sent out notifying the customer about the upcoming charge, during which time you can cancel your subscription before the charge is made. No refunds will be issued on any subsequent charges.
Prohibited content
Content that is prohibited: impersonating, plagiarism, hate, violence, adult content, abuse, gambling, drugs, guns and firearms, pharmaceuticals, piracy, illegal downloads, and any other promotion or coverage of any illegal activity in your country or the USA (where Blogmaker is based). Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend and delete any account we may witness is using Blogmaker for purposes other than those described. In these cases, no refunds will be issued.
API acces
Our non-auth JSON API is meant to be used in storing the content from our servers to our customer's end and not be served on the production site. We reserve the right to suspend access to any API requests that we notice are being requested at a high rate.
Newsletter translations
Blogmaker offers a way to translate all elements of a newsletter, including the "Unsubscribe" link. If any of these elements are mistranslated, we reserve the right to delete the blog without notice and issue no refunds.
Newsletter Imports
Blogmaker offers a way to import subscribers. If we notice that emails sent to your subscribers bounce or are reported as spam, we reserve the right to delete the blog without notice and issue no refunds.
Liability
Users are liable for any content they upload, post, share, or provide through Blogmaker.
Ownership
Users own all the rights to the content they post on Blogmaker.
Changes
We may update these rules from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
