If your request is approved, you may receive a Return Label Email with next steps. Please note that you will need to return your package within 14 days.
Domestic return labels are free; international returns are not eligible for prepaid labels.
Your refund will be processed once we receive the item(s) in its original condition. You can check your refund status at any time on your Orders page.
Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to be processed back to your original payment method. International refunds may take up to 35 days to appear.
