Submit your request
  1. Log in to your iHerb account and go to your Orders page.
  2. Click Refunds/Returns on the order to select the specific item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours. Most are approved quickly, but some may take longer if a manual review is needed. You’ll get an email update once a decision is made.

If your request is approved, you may receive a Return Label Email with next steps. Please note that you will need to return your package within 14 days.

Domestic return labels are free; international returns are not eligible for prepaid labels.

Ship the item & receive your refund

Your refund will be processed once we receive the item(s) in its original condition. You can check your refund status at any time on your Orders page.

Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to be processed back to your original payment method. International refunds may take up to 35 days to appear.

  • Purchases from other platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart): Eligible for a 30-day return window.

International returns

  • iHerb does not provide return labels for international orders.
  • Refund amounts may differ from the original purchase total due to return postage, exchange rates, handling, or customs fees.
  • Some unclaimed or refused orders are destroyed by carriers and cannot be refunded.

  • Items returned without a prior refund request will be refused and returned to the sender.

  • Ensure you return the correct item — iHerb cannot keep or return items mistakenly sent to us.

Misuse of the refund process can result in account suspension. Examples include:

  • Submitting duplicate or excessive refund requests
  • Returning used or damaged items
  • Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks
  • Refusing or repeatedly not claiming orders

We may issue warnings, suspend Rewards Credit privileges, or permanently close accounts that violate our policies.

Right to modify policy

Submitting a refund or replacement request does not guarantee approval. iHerb reserves the right to limit, deny, or modify refunds or replacements at any time and to close accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

How long does it take to get my refund?
  • Your refund will be processed once we receive the item(s) in their original condition.
  • Store credit is typically issued within 24 hours. Refunds to your original payment method may take 7-10 business days to process, or up to 35 days for customers outside of the United States.
Do I need to return my product to get a refund?
  • Not always. Some returns can be approved with photo documentation. Wait for your return confirmation email before returning or discarding products.
  • If a return is required, the product(s) must be returned in their original condition within 14 days.
Can international customers return items?

Yes, but shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. iHerb does not provide return labels for international returns.

What if my card has expired or my account is closed?

Contact your financial institution to arrange an alternative refund method.
