DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Codentools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Our Services and Copyright

Codentools provides various development tools and generators, including but not limited to:

• Development Utilities (HTML Viewer, AI Prompt Optimizer)
• Data Conversion Tools
• Creative Content Generators (Town Names, Candy Names)

While our tools are designed to help users generate and manipulate content, users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any generated content in their intended way.

Copyright Claims

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through Codentools' website or services infringes your copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Codentools to locate the material;
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Codentools to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of infringement or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from our service more than twice.
