  • Registrations Open: 27th June, 00:00

  • Applications Close: 3th July, 23:59

  • Hackathon Start: 4th july, 00:00

  • Hackathon End: 16th July, 23:59

  • Winners Announced: Around 28th-29th July

👥 Eligibility:
  • Open to college students, recent grads, indie developers across World.

  • You can participate solo or in teams of up to 5 members.

  • No prior startup/funding experience is required — just raw skills and bold ideas.

  • Must be 16+ years of age at the time of registration.

💡 Project Guidelines:
  • Projects must be developed during the hackathon period. Pre-built codebases or submissions from past hackathons will not be accepted.

  • You can build anything with real-world value — apps, tools, platforms, AI agents, fintech solutions, etc.

  • You may use open-source libraries, APIs, and frameworks.

  • Any form of plagiarism or AI-generated content without value-addition will lead to disqualification.

📤 Submission Requirements:
  1. Project Title & Tagline

  2. Project Description – What it does, why it matters

  3. Tech Stack – Languages, tools, frameworks used

  4. Live Demo (preferred) or screen-recorded walkthrough

  5. GitHub Repository (required) with:

    • Clean code

    • README file

    • Screenshots or GIFs

  6. Pitch Video (2–4 min)

  7. Team Details – Names, emails, and roles

Late or incomplete submissions may not be judged.

📜 Terms and Conditions

By participating in the CodeQuity Challenge, all participants agree to abide by the following:

  1. Original Work – All submitted projects must be original and built during the hackathon.

  2. Team Rules – Teams can have 1 to 4 members. One entry per person.

  3. Usage Rights – You retain full rights to your project, but CodeQuity may feature it for promotional purposes with credit.

  4. Code of Conduct – Respectful, ethical conduct is expected. Misconduct leads to disqualification.

  5. Deadlines – Submit on time. Late entries will not be judged.

  6. Fair Play – No plagiarism. Use of open-source libraries is allowed with attribution.

  7. Disqualification – Organizers may disqualify entries that break rules or misuse the platform.

  8. Liability – Organizers are not responsible for technical or personal losses during the event.

  9. Finality – Judging decisions are final.

  10. Revisions – Terms may be updated. All changes will be communicated.
