TO: GREEN TEAM
SUBJECT: MISSION RESULTS
- Congratulations, most of you are dead.
If you thought I'd give you all real bombs without any previous explosives experience you're a lot more gullible than I thought you were. Don't worry. If I really wanted to pick the weakest members off my team I'd find an easier way.
As a member of Green your priority is the safety of everyone else. We do this through weapons, tactics, and by working as a collective whole. When you go on a mission with a member of any other team, it's your job to make sure they come back alive. You're the shield.
Why most of you didn't employ the Juggernaut I gave you, we'll never know. Less of you would be 'dead'.

You failed the exercise by putting one another in danger and failing to communicate. You'll be cleaning the shrapnel and glitter up from camp. I don't want to see any of it when you're done, especially near my rover. No living thing is permitted to assist you.
McNeil, Stark, Vakarian, you miraculously managed to bypass the security and diffuse the bomb. I'm impressed. All of you get 100 credits. Report to me at 35:00 to receive your Interface Gloves and build the real things. I do actually need them. Carver, Rogers, Talbot, you're getting 100 credits and the Introductory Interface Gloves. Work with your partner, maybe you'll learn a thing or two.

There are easier ways of testing peoples' willingness to protect others at expense of themselves than making them think they're going to blow up.

Don't think I'm suited to this team, if that's our priority.
[But that's something that Armada probably knows. He'd saved himself over Athos and he'd do the same, for everyone on this team but Elena. Doesn't care about anyone else either- he cares about his contract and their over all mission statement. A few lost people won't hinder that.
But he also has enough respect to admit he's considered a team transfer]
