TO: ALL (VIDEO MESSAGE) | SENT: DAY 3 HOUR 20:00
[ Did it say video? Yep, it says video. She's boss, she gets privileges.
This is a downloadable message for all. Gliese is sitting on the single bed in Rover 029, surrounded by potted plants and nearly each and every hatchling that came out of this hatching activity, because Rover 029 is a mini-Australia on wheels. They've invaded everyone's bunks, except Levi's for some reason. The hatchlings have grown really quickly in the few hours they've been hatched, as some are looking more and more like cats. Scaled cats...?
There are also a large scaly thing and a less large furry thing sitting by her feet. To all hatchers, meet the parents. Scaly is Papa Hetr, Furry is Mama Bitr. Gliese, for her part, looks incredibly satisfied with life. ]
[ Quick break for eating some leaves, talking is exhausting. ]
[ The video ends there, but a link pops up after the video has played to the end. Those not on the list will have their chance at hatchlings at another time. ]

| I have returned from HQ. Vehicles for the upcoming mission are now on schedule once more, as are the rest of our supplies. I have taken care of the paperwork. Regarding the upcoming mission, as well: there are a few rules. I will enumerate them now. One: You are to aim for a 95% coverage for your mapping activities. Do this. Two: Collect specimens. You do not need to bring specimens back to camp alive or whole; small parts will suffice. You will be provided with specimen containers soon. There is also an audio logging function on your cuffs. Use it for documentation. Three: Anyone who brings back a living non-recruited carnivore will not be punished, but I will kill your specimen, and you will eat it as your meal. Only CDC-approved carnivores are allowed on camp. Four: Keep communication lines open at all times unless necessary. If you find that you cannot contact an instructor, contact a team mate, or a rover mate. Check-ins are expected every four hours. Five: Equipment inspection is required before moving out. Please check all your gear and prepare for deployment immediately. Inspection will be done by random selection, and will be conducted by your respective team instructors. |

| I would also like to congratulate Blue Team for completing their team building exercise. Unfortunately, not successfully, but there will be time to improve. Not everyone will get to keep a hatchling. Do not worry. If all of you stay alive long enough, you will have your turn. |
