Pretty sure by now people have noticed: whatever this is, the animals in camp don't like it. They seem to be okay if you can keep them distracted but that's easier said than done right now, I know.
FROM: cissnei@cdc.org
Which is why I'm offering to keep an eye on them for anyone who needs to be focusing on something other than keeping them calm. I'm not sure how good I'll be with the bigger ones but the furballs, at least, I can manage.
FROM: cissnei@cdc.org
Also if anyone else feels like helping me out with this, I won't say no. We have a lot of animals in camp, after all, and they're not exactly at their easiest to manage.
((ooc: There will be a prompt in the drop log for this too if people prefer but figured I'd throw this up too.))

I have a very CHILL furball who could use a petsitter for awhile.
[ He's already planning on leaving, but maybe it would be better than leaving Hnysir in the rover . . . . . ]
no subject
Another ice baby, hmm? I can definitely handle that.
[Heck, maybe Hnysir and Blizzard can teach each other things.]

You're a brave one!
no subject
Or possibly insane. But it's something I can do to help out. Maybe they'll even make friends.

Do you need some help?
no subject
If you're not needed elsewhere, I'd appreciate the company. But don't let me keep you from anything more important.

I'll see what I can find out first, but if you think you might have too many animals to handle, just let me know.

We don't need any of ours wandering off.

Has there been any organized efforts yet to go after the animals that have escaped?
no subject
I didn't even realise any had escaped. I've been wrapped up in trying to make sure nothing in our rover gets the same idea.
no subject
It may just be mine then. She bolted when I left my rover to see what was happening.
FROM: zabi.mineva@cdc.org
I would be willing to help with the pets once I find her however.

I wouldn't mind helping out.

I'd appreciate it, if you can spare the time. I know you're good with them.
no subject
Yeah don't worry about it, I can drop by.

If you wouldn't mind looking after Galahad, I would appreciate that. Neither it nor Justice seem content to stay still, and I'd like to go and investigate the disturbances.
FROM: brooksjr.barnaby@cdc.org
It seems that things are quiet only for so long here.
no subject
Of course. I wouldn't have made the offer if I minded. Maybe having company will help distract them from whatever's got them so spooked.
no subject
That sounds like a good plan to me. I'm hoping that we can figure out what the cause of this is. It's rather odd - I've never seen anything like it during our time here.

If you need any assistance, I'll assist.

Thank you. If there's anything else that needs your attention, focus on that first. If I get too overwhelmed I'll let you know.
redundant sentence phrasing it me
Understood. Good luck.
[ herding furbabies, not fun. ]
no subject
can you handle them by yourself
FROM: oak.green@cdc.org
i can help [ He's trying here. ]
no subject
Are you okay with the bigger ones? And if you can spare some rover space too, that would be good. There's only so many that'll fit in here.
[Especially with a bahari and a flesh-eating plant around.]
no subject
as in the bahari right
as long as their attention can be diverted we shouldnt need rover space but i can probably spare some yeah
where do i meet u

Ringo's too big for anyone to try to babysit at the moment, so we put him into Sturmhond's ET with Korol/eva.
FROM: benjamin.jonathan@cdc.org
Not sure how Piper's being handled, but the smaller bahari will be easier. If you're having trouble, I can come help with those. [ bahari, at least, he mostly knows. ] The smaller ones should still fit in rovers, though.
no subject
It might be an idea for someone else to take the bahari anyway. We have Courser here but he's used to me and the furballs already.
FROM: cissnei@cdc.org
I'm not sure how well I'd manage any more, anyway, especially in an enclosed space like this.

Beserkers are going to be much more wary of anyone that isn't their bonded owner. Best to put them all somewhere they can't escape from, with one of the owners to supervise.
