Good afternoon (or morning, or evening—whichever you feel is most appropriate). For those of you I have not spoken with, my name is Sebastian Michaelis, a member of the Green team. It is a pleasure.

But introductions aside, I had noticed that some of our training rooms have been opened up once more. I wished to extend the offer to anyone interested that perhaps we may utilize them.

For those of you so inclined to enjoy it, I had hoped perhaps we could spend a day training. Friendly fighting is certainly a way to pass the time! And perhaps deflate a bit of residual aggression, yes?

I will be there throughout the day at the very least. I hesitate to call it supervisory, since I would like to partake myself, but I will at least be certain no one perishes.

(Though, if a member of the Medical team would not mind stopping by during the day, that would be much appreciated. Friendly fighting does not always mean a lack of injuries...)
