I was taking a look at those incriminating files everyone kept mentioning, and I found this.
[...Apparently, there's a reward for literally downloading everything you see and being unaware of computer viruses. Hell, do those even exist here? Hanbei just scrolled through this thing, and once realizing it was statistics, decided to actually analyze whatever little information it had. And. Uh, wow, okay.]
It was publicly available, so I don't think this will get me in trouble.
[Looking at you, Simon.]

Look at M005A45, in particular. The casualty rate is rather high, don't you think? Especially for apparently 1 apex predator, if 100% species casualty can be trusted.
[Hanbei probably thinks the officers will get mad and stab him in the face. Especially with the whole #simonyou'reanidiot fiasco recently. But this is probably important to go 'uh heads-up guys' about. Totally worth it.
...Stab wounds don't hurt... that badly... right...]

VOICEMAIL. text is so unexpressive
Are you out of your fucking mind?!
Fucking delete that. Now. [He's not even sure posts can be deleted from the network. There must be an option for it somewhere, right?]
VOICEMAIL BACK AT YOU you tried Simon
It'll be fine, Simon! They must've put it up for all to see on purpose, right?
But if they do get angry that easily... someone will trip over the line eventually.
[Chill bro! It's not like you're the one in danger. Hanbei's totally got this!]

Don't think like that, though! Take it as a warning instead of a death sentence.

Why wolud it get you in trouble?? it looks like the personnel files or something...
[Wait. Casualty rate. That's a thing.]
02
... Why are you telling us the causality rate is high? We can see it.

[Basically, some people are idiots.]
If I anger anyone, even if it's on display, I could get in trouble. I don't think so, though.

[GOOD FOR HANBEI. MAYBE NOT SO MUCH FOR YOU, HÉ MÍNG.]
I think species casualty means how much of the native species we killed.

>The crew of the Taejny is much smaller than ours; have you noticed? One must wonder if they are all as strong as Gliese.

You would think that they'd aim for a nicer number to put on the report, though. If 96% is nicer than the raw number of casualties, it's a bit alarming.

They're so sure they killed all of them off. That makes it sound like there was only one animal on that rock to begin with.
