Hi, I’m Zach.

I created this system after years of being stuck in the same pain cycle my clients face: endless PT visits, X-rays, clam shells, band rotator cuff work, core exercises, only to reinjure or never fully recover.

After trying everything, I discovered the real issue: 12 upper & lower imbalances in the muscular chain that PTs weren’t addressing. I fixed myself through targeted activation exercises that hit the true weak links, then started applying it to clients with the same results: pain gone, strength back, and a full return to sport or recreational activities. No surgery, No injections.

I hold no formal PT degrees or certifications, just a method proven through real people, real results, and constant refinement.

If you’re tired of temporary fixes and ready to address the root cause, let’s get you back living pain-free. See the amazing client results >>

Injury Rehab Background

From his sports career, Zach suffered injuries in almost every area: neck, back, wrists, hips, knees, achilles, feet, shoulders. Years of PT and massage brought little improvement. When nothing worked, he took matters into his own hands: studying 3D anatomy to understand the muscle relationships behind injury mechanics, then experimenting on himself and his injured athletes. After 15+ years of testing and refinement, he narrowed it down to 12 specific exercises and tests to isolate and fix the root cause of nearly every injury. That’s how CoreX12 “Feel It to Heal It” method was born.

Sports Training Background

Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from Syracuse University, with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. His senior thesis developed a sports-specific exercise machine. After college, he traveled the country studying with top sports trainers to form his own system. In 2006, he founded CoreXcell Sports Training to help athletes improve speed, athleticism, and strength year after year. Zach and his team have helped hundreds achieve college and professional dreams using the CoreXcell System.

Sports Career

As an athlete, Zach was a nationally ranked junior tennis player and was a PIAA District 11 tennis champion as sophomore in 1993 for Emmaus High School. Zach was recruited by multiple D1 colleges for tennis, including Penn State. He ultimately decided to retire from tennis and focus on college club boxing and MMA. After college, he started playing tennis again and added recreational golf.

After multiple injuries in his Mid 30’s from playing one-sided sports, Zach decided to narrow his sports down to mountain biking, skiing and weight training. And has been doing them ever since.
