- All coding and hacking MUST be done on November 9, 2019 between the hours of 9am and 9pm
- Projects submitted for Cutie Hack can be planned and documented before hand
- However, any projects that have code that are found to be created outside of the alotted time period are not valid and are not elligible for official judging deliberation
- Projects must be submitted from 7:00pm to 8:30pm on November 9, 2019
