did some of the buildings disappear
i dont see them at all and im doing my daily police patrolling
i counted two or three so far one of the hospital buildings and one of the train stations

No, but they do here all the time. Lots of the places we don't live in here just up and vanish sometimes. That's not particularly unusual.
