My world has magic, dragons, monsters, and humans aren't the only sapient race there is. There's also cat people, lizard people and elves, like me.

Many worlds seem to be like that. It's quite strange.

We have all kinds of magic. In my world, mages can command the elements, trick the mind, make it so one can breathe underwater, raise the dead, heal wounds, and so forth.

Maybe...if we are from different worlds, the simulation is pulling mostly from worlds similar to the one it's being made in? It's a lot like parts of the net in my world.

Sounds like you can do just about anything with magic.
