I had no idea school started today! I'm so sorry. From now on, I'll have a fresh lunch waiting for you each and every morning, alright? We still have plenty of deer meat left, so maybe I'll start with some venison sandwiches. Have a good day, Hitoyoshi! :-)

It's alright. I'm not used to this schedule either. It's a lot different in the country I come from.

and while the temptation is great, he also knows he isn't supposed to open this until the 25th... at which point he'll no doubt, despite some embarrassment, starting using his new wallet with great pride.

[ MERRY CHRISTMAS ZENKICHI. Medaka has left a stack of AU JUMP books in a nicely wrapped box for him... see, she might not Get It but at least se listens. Sort of.

There's also a long package with this in it, just in case there actually is a battle on Christmas Day. Then at least it might look scary?? Zenkichi is one of the least intimidating guys to walk Holly Heights, even if he is kind of cool in his own way.

And there's a card, which says the usual MERRY CHRISTMAS etc etc and is signed "Sincerely, Medaka." She'd make it LOVE, MEDAKA-CHAN but that's way too informal for an old fashioned girl like her!! But the intent is there. ]
