DiscordServers.io Refund Policy

DiscordServers.io provides digital services including server promotion, premium listings, and subscription-based features. These are considered digital content and on-demand services.

If you are located in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day withdrawal period under consumer protection law.

However, by purchasing any digital service on DiscordServers.io, you explicitly consent to immediate service delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has started.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following situations:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Service failure caused by platform error
• Paid service not delivered as described

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Subscription time already used
• Removals due to policy violations
• User error or misuse of the service

You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Access will remain active until the end of the paid cycle.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Processing times typically range between 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

• Permanent account suspension
• Loss of active services
• Future payment restrictions
