DS4 AIM – Terms of Use

By purchasing from DS4 AIM, you agree to the following store rules and terms. Please read carefully before completing any order.

1. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By completing your payment, you confirm that you are the authorised owner of the payment method you used.
Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your access to all DS4 AIM services.

2. NO REFUND POLICY
----------------------------------------------
All sales are final. Due to the digital and non-reversible nature of the product delivery, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incompatibility with your system, game, or platform
- Failure to read the product description
- Accidental purchase
Once files are digitally delivered or downloaded, the transaction is completed and non-refundable. By completing the checkout process, you explicitly confirm and agree to the following:
• Have read and understood the product details
• Are you purchasing a digital product
• Accept these terms
• Forfeit any right to a refund or reversal of the transaction
We operate under a strict zero-tolerance policy for refund abuse or exploitation.

3. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Chargebacks and payment disputes are NOT tolerated.
If you initiate a chargeback, your account will be permanently banned, and access to all DS4 AIM products and services will be revoked.
We actively monitor and report fraudulent transactions.

4. SOFTWARE PROTECTION POLICY
----------------------------------------------
You must NOT:
• Modify, crack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any DS4 AIM product.
• Attempt to bypass protections or licensing mechanisms.
Any violation will lead to immediate access termination and may result in a hardware ban.

5. TERMINATION & ACCESS DENIAL

DS4 AIM reserves the right to revoke access to our products or services if:
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• A chargeback is filed
• You tamper with, resell, or abuse the software
All violations are logged and investigated.

6. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We may update these rules at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Continued use of DS4 AIM services implies your acceptance of any updates made.
Updates to these terms take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to stay informed.
Continued use after any update means you fully accept all changes.

7. PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT DISCLAIMER

DS4 AIM does not modify game files, access game memory, or interact with game code in a way that constitutes cheating under most platform policies.
However, by using our software, you acknowledge and accept the following:
• We cannot guarantee immunity from account bans, restrictions, or shadowbans
• High volumes of user reports, even if false or spammed, may still trigger automated moderation or action by platform providers.
• You are solely responsible for how you use DS4 AIM and the consequences of that use.
DS4 AIM is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developer, console manufacturer, or platform provider.
You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of this software.
Use at your own risk.

8. CONTROLLER COMPATIBILITY NOTICE

DS4 AIM software is designed ONLY for the following officially supported controller inputs:
• PlayStation 4 – DualShock 4 (DS4)
• PlayStation 5 – DualSense (DS5)
These controllers offer full compatibility when used with DS4 Windows and DS4 AIM.
Controllers NOT officially supported include, but are not limited to:
• Xbox One / Xbox Series controllers
• Third-party controllers
• Non-PlayStation HID devices
• Mobile, Switch, or generic Bluetooth controllers
While some unsupported controllers may be made functional using third-party tools, adapters, or community workarounds, this is NOT guaranteed, and results will vary heavily based on the user’s setup.
By purchasing DS4 AIM, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Xbox controllers are not natively compatible with DS4 AIM
• Any setup that relies on third-party tools is not supported
• Compatibility issues related to unsupported controllers do not qualify for refunds
• Our No Refund Policy still applies even if you cannot get an unsupported controller to work
• You are fully responsible for ensuring you own a compatible PlayStation controller before purchasing
⚠️ No refunds, reversals, or exceptions will be issued for failure to read this compatibility requirement.

9. FINAL NOTE

By completing your purchase, you AUTOMATICALLY AGREE to all store policies and terms outlined above.
This includes your explicit agreement that:
- You understand and accept our No Refund Policy
- You are purchasing a non-tangible, digital product
- Refunds cannot and will not be issued once files are accessed or downloaded
If you do not agree, you must not continue with the purchase.
Use of DS4 AIM software constitutes full and binding acceptance of these terms.
