On the edge of the Ithacae System, there is a barely habitable void: the Abyssal Reaches. Within this vacuum is the ocean planet of Pheia, home to the decaying, deep sea capital city of Eidum, once a technologically advanced hub of paraspecies society. Many life forms evolved in the nitrogen rich, icy-cold waters of Pheia, but humans and similar oxygen breathing organisms have not survived, until now. To sustain oxygen dependent life forms, filtered sections of the city have been created. Despite the security, there is a false sense of safety within these domes. The environment itself is a survival hazard. Adapt, newcomer. There are trials ahead.
