Hmm. Man, I bought some B vitamins some months back but found that taking them right before bed made me feel nauseous. I guess it was a good idea for me to stop taking them just before bed, regardless - maybe in the morning is a good idea??

apparently they don't have that effect for everyone anyway, it seems to be the kind of thing there's mostly just anecdotal evidence for, but they sure seemed to for me. and i'd figured that taking them right before going to bed was a good idea because i was mostly interested in the way they can cause more vivid dreams! yeah, that wasn't a great idea. i'm fine if i take them in the morning (or right after waking up, anyway), though.
