C, calls. She's made an appointment at the local mental health clinic, which is good 'cause the last time she called she'd tried too but it didn't work for her and the time before then, she missed her appointment. Her making her own appointments is progress. I'll meet her early in the morning so she can be calm, going in, they'll want me to stay outside for the first meeting and I may, but this'll only serve to highlight her slight but pronounced paranoia. (It's slight in terms of the overall effect, it's pronounced as in, they'll notice it.)

Where are you, keys? I need a pager attached to the keys.
Darn it, sometimes I'll look for keys for maybe ten minutes? Today it's been over an hour. Roommate hasn't called back, so I don't know if I can get out of here for an appointment, if I can find a copy of the apartment key, I know I don't have a copy of the front gate key..hmm, I think..
