Now, how many votes do they have to "displace" to make a difference for Bush? Under a thousand? Over 5000? How would we know?

Can anyone find out more about the bill which has to do with making it illegal to label software with the same name as another piece of software, to make a profit? I think the wording of the bill might might some kinds of file sharing illegal but I'm finding less than half a paragraph.
