Not the best answer, but then, when has their been such a need?
At least his boss is behind him, (In fact, the company paid the fines) and I'm surprised the Judge is going after the reporter, not the station.
More to the point, I don't think every journalist should be protected the way a Priest is, at the same time, I don't think the court is correct in continuing to harrass via conviction or otherwise, this reporter.
