Why don't we drop the "e" when adding "able"?

Guest from last night tried to find parking, to guest again tonight & then called from their cell 'phone, heading home. No Parking on Friday night.

I set the Gorilla on the couch, so the one of the kitties' can sleep on the couch, which is where he'd camped out, but now where he likes to camp out has been moved to the couch, for a very happy kitty. He followed me by getting in front of my feet and insisting on pets. Very cute. Dinner with the Pops was good, he liked the Jazz at Axum. I found it a bit too on the side of "dinner Jazz". Rather than night club Jazz, but it's great to see a full house and a grand piano.

I think the only way to do this & get to volunteer on time, is to move the rugs downstairs, steam vacuum there, which I can do early in the morning & then do the room at 10 a. m., because the thing is only rented until early evening and the volunteer gig runs late.

Shouldacouldawoulda, the place is a mess. Remind me, things must be done a week in advance & *that* is the definition of believing and trusting. The new roommate would be within rights to not move in, but I'll run late to the volunteer gig and make it right where I can.
Gotta be up in six hours, g'nacht folks.
