Our Impact
As we strive to build a better world, we are dedicated to more than ensuring that the water flows and buildings stand for years to come. We’re committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of our partners and our volunteers. Here’s a glimpse at how we’re doing so far.
Kasese Bridge
Before its construction, the communities of Nyakabugha and Bikone faced daily life-threatening risks. Crossing River Mobuku was a gamble—students braved danger for school, farmers struggled to access markets, and families faced barriers to healthcare. Today, that reality has changed. Through engineering innovation and collaboration, the bridge now stands as a symbol of safety, opportunity, and resilience.
Kamuli School
Before the new classrooms were built, students at Kamuli School studied in temporary shelters, exposed to harsh weather that disrupted learning. Rain, wind, and heat made education a daily struggle. Today, with new classroom blocks, students can learn in a safe, stable environment, free from the fear of harsh weather conditions.
