Week 11, Day 7, Video
[Jack is looking a bit worse for wear. His nose is a little crooked, and he looks exhausted. Not to mention he's a little twitchy.]
I... wanted to apologize for the other day. I... [He runs a hand through his hair and shakes his head.] I wanted to see if I could stop the EVE thing, even if it meant losing my plasmids.
[He looks down at his hands and shakes his head again.]
Well I guess I'm stuck with it. So yeah, sorry about the... crazy. I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

voice;
You are forgiven. [ A soft sigh. ] Is everything all right with Daniel, too?
voice;
I'm not sure. I haven't checked up on him yet.
voice;
That's cold...

PRIVATE // voice;
Speaking of being stuck with things we hate. Need me to punch Yaha for you?
PRIVATE // voice;
If I thought that would work I would've done it a long time ago.

[He said the name quietly but also with obvious concern, his expression mirror his tone.]
I hate asking if you're going to be alright, because it's an asinine question so instead I'll ask if you have what you need?
Video
I'll be the same as always, probably. Isaac got me some booze from the bar, but... [He hesitates.] ...I guess I could always use more.
[A pause. He looks down at his hands, still twitching against his will more than he'd like.]
Thanks, Charles.

As it was ...
As it was, he now understood part of why Jack had expressed an interest in his still. It had just taken him a bit of time to work out the finer details.]
My still was destroyed last week or else I'd offer some of my own making. Baring any unforeseen trips out of town, so to speak, I am hoping to have it back and operational, perhaps by next week.
[His was small, easier to get parts and ingredients for though it would never be any sort of mass production. However, there should be enough for Charles' personal needs and those of a friend.]

[He runs a hand over his face, rubbing his eyes. He hates this. He hates it so much more now than he did before, now that he knows for certain he absolutely has to live with it.
He made a choice.
Now he's stuck with the consequences forever.]

[VOICE]
Not to mention, Rick knows now that his own bloodcurse - this seething, undead disease that runs rampant under his skin - will never leave him here, no matter what he tries to do.]
[VOICE]
[It was worth the risk. It was. And now he knows for certain, even if the news is just as bad as he was expecting.]
