Eligibility & Timeframes

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to submit a return request. After 30 days, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags, decals, and hardware.
  • Installed, painted, or altered kits are not eligible for return—defective parts may qualify for replacement instead.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return & Replacement Process

  • Submit a Customer Support Request via our website or email—please include your order number and photos of the sealed package.
  • We’ll respond within 24–72 hours, once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect parts? We offer full replacements, provided they remain uninstalled.
  • Always ship via a trackable service, consider adding insurance for high-value returns.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Restocking Fees & Refunds

  • Motorcycle Fairing kit returns are subject to a $200 restocking fee for standard fairing kits; Custom paint kits are subject to a $300 restocking fee.
  • Motorcycle accessory returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damage or Defective Parts

  • Report any damage within 24-72 hours of receipt, with clear photos of the affected parts and original packaging.
  • We offer free replacements for defective or incorrect parts. Fairings must be dry-fitted, not installed, to qualify.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Beyond 24 hours, restocking fees apply if production has started. Cancellations may not be accepted once painting or production is underway.

Exceptions & Conditions

  • Color mismatches to OEM are not eligible for return—perfect color matching is not guaranteed.
  • Fairings damage due to heat or melting is not covered.
  • To uphold our fitment guarantee, installation must be performed by a professional motorcycle repair facility (proof may be requested). Damage caused by personal installation is not covered under warranty.
