Astigmatism - the front surface of the eye or the lens, inside the eye, is curved differently in one direction than the other. A common symptom is blurry vision. It's a very common issue. Scoliosis - a sideways curvature of the spine. Most cases are mild, with few symptoms. Some children develop spine deformities. Severe scoliosis can be painful and disabling.
Arrthymia - improper beating of the heart, whether irregular, too slow or too fast. Possible symptoms may include pain in the chest, dizziness, fainting, lightheadedness, or shortness of breath.
Heart palpitations - a feeling of rapid, fluttering, or pounding heart. Can be triggered by stress, exercise, medication, or a medical condition. Can cause pain, fainting, shortness of breath, severe dizziness.
Stomach ulcers - a sore that develops in the lining of the esophagus, stomach, or small intestine. Upper abdominal pain is common. There can also be indigestion, nausea, flatulence, vomiting. Fatigue is also common.
Pernicious anemia - a decrease in red blood cells when the body can't absorb enough vitamin B-12. Causes weakness and fatigue. May also cause pallor, lightheadedness, sensations of pins and needles, shortness of breath, weight loss, numbness in the hands and feet, poor balance, poor reflexes, or inflamed stomach. Untreated it can cause heart and nerve damage.
Sinusitis - a condition where the cavities around the nasal passages become inflamed. Symptoms include: headaches, facial pain, congestion, distorted sense of smell, itchiness, complete loss of smell, runny nose, swelling, trouble sleeping, throat irritation.
Asthma - a condition where the airways become inflamed, narrow and swell, as well as produce extra mucus, which makes it hard to breathe. Symptoms include: difficulty breathing, chest pain, coughing, wheezing. Anxiety, fast heart rate or throat irritation. Frequent respiratory infections is fairly common.
High blood pressure - the force of blood against the artery walls is too high. It generally has no symptoms, but if left untreated can lead to heart disease or a stroke.
High risk of diabetes.
