This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character) activity.
Backtagging: Yes
Threadhopping: Absolutely
Fourthwalling: Yes...ish. Gotta elaborate.
In canon there is a lot of media about Luke. People write and publishfanfiction stories about him, create games and use his image in them, make movies/holofilms where he features prominently. Many of them purport to be accurate. Most are not. Most are also made without any input from him.
He really kind of hates them and the warped image they make of him in the public eye. They've been used to ill effect in the past. On the other hand as he's said, "None of the stories people tell about me can change who I really am." So... he tries to ignore them.
Saying that you loved him in The Empire Strikes Back is going to provoke exasperation and dismay and the request to please don't talk about it. Characters can certainly recognize him, blurt his name, say some odd details, but don't press it too far. If you have characters who are SWEU fans, talk to me first.
He's closer to novelization-canon than movie-canon anyway. Many lines and details are slightly different.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Not... sure what that means in this context? How about you ask me first.

Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Sure!
Kissing this character: Oh dear. Yes, do it, he most likely won't see it coming and will be poleaxed.
Flirting with this character: Yes. Most likely he won't be able to tell the difference between flirting and playful snarky back-and-forth, though. He usually can't.
Fighting with this character: Yes, but ask first. Luke is hax. Terrifyingly hax. ...Also I'm not very good at writing fights.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes and to a fair extent, he can heal himself of would-be-mortal wounds if given enough time in a healing coma.
Killing this character: No.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! He can clamp down and keep people out if he has something to hide. His Force-Sensitivity may or may not cause a kind of weird static interference effect on such abilities. He also feels weird and intriguing to empaths.
