Colab no longer rendering lets-plot with empty setup HTML

Just recovered from a shock moment that my teaching materials were empty but gemini was able to spot the culprit. Apparently Colab recently tightened security on how cells communicate with the browser. By default, LetsPlot tries to share resources to be lightweight.

LetsPlot.setup_html(isolated_frame=True)

forces the plot into a self-contained sandbox that bypasses those new security restrictions.

This is unfortunately a regression in v4.8.1 - our Colab environment auto-detection is broken in this release, while v4.7.3 works correctly. We'll fix this ASAP in the next release.
