Relative margin for Marker Database Browser #1440
Description
Currently KLayout has option for absolute value of margin. It'll be great to have relative margin (N times of marker primitive size, probably with rounding to size values with 2/5/10 scale), which will be useful wen working with layout of different purposes (and sizes) or contexts.
