Feature request: extend PCell API to provide a suitable cell name including PCell parameters

The implementation provides a new PCell API method, namely

• cell_name (basic class)
• cell_name_impl (PCellImplementationHelper)

This method can be reimplemented to provide a specific cell name, including parameter values. This cell name will be used for the static cell name upon "convert to static" and also in general. The original request was to use display_text for the cell name. I'd advise against that, but in case you really like to do that, you can re-route the implementation of cell_name to display_text:
