org.nodeclipse.bundle.express, was: doctype 5 is depricated; should use doctype html

Doctype 5 is deprecated by jade and won't work. For some reason this file was in .gitignore, so I added using -f because I think it must be a mistake. If that's wrong please let me know what I should do - I'm new here but I'm trying to help.

org.nodeclipse.bundle.express and org.nodeclipse.bundle.coffee were added by @tomotaro1065 Tomoyuki to address use case on Linux, when user does not have admin privilages to install node packages. I am Windows user, I cannot check that.
Also it seems to me that that would be much complicated, e.g. consider different versions and dependencies. see #109

If you are express user can you look at #134 Words.java

Or better just tell a bit about yourself and what part of Nodeclipse you are using.
We actually do need help, as the scope is large now and it is impossible to check and develop further all new things that arrive http://www.nodeclipse.org/history
