Use all available space on a USB stick

Currently with deployments on USB sticks http://webconverger.org/usb/ just the encapsulated data is imaged across and the image isn't necessarily taking all the space, say on a 8G USB stick.

If we did take all the space it would ensure we don't run out of space after a long serious of git upgrades from the shallow clone delivered in the download from http://webconverger.com/

This is accomplished by the new installer in 17.0.
