Lazy-load images which are not visible in any breakpoint #1077

Add loading=lazy to any image which is not visible across all breakpoints (cf. comment), unless the image is located in the header in which case it should get fetchpriority=low (as it is likely in some drop-down menu).
Conversely, make sure that loading is omitted from any image that is visible in the initial viewport of any breakpoint.
