[fix] fix logging gzip messy

when response header have "Content-Encoding: gzip", the LoggingConsolePlugin will print messy codes

Make sure that:

• You submit test cases (unit or integration tests) that back your changes.
• Your local test passed ./mvnw clean install -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true.
