As the platforms that EOL this year are not a target for Bareos 24 anymore, we remove them from the build for master. The platforms are: - Debian 10 - RHEL 7 - SLES 12

There are some platforms that will EOL during the development-phase of Bareos 24. This PR disables building for those.
