[Bug] log $chatMessage error

Current Behavior

$chatMessage is not returning the entire message in any type of log effect while issued from a command.
If the $chatMessage is logged from a Event, the $chatMessage Variable returns as intended.

the $chatMessage in the screen shot should read !stop minecraft s10 or !start minecraft s10.

Expected Behavior

When changing the $chatMessage argument to $arg[all] i receive the correct message

Steps To Reproduce

1. create a chat command
2. create a log effect
3. use the $chatMessage variable for the log output
4. run command

Steps To Reproduce
create a chat command
create a log effect
use the $chatMessage variable for the log output
duplicate the log effect
or create 2 chat effects with
1: $chatMessage
2: $chatMessage
run command
