Fix bpmd on Alpine and enable the disabled tests for Alpine

Currently on the lldb 10.0 in Alpine 3.13 image bpmd doesn't work.  The native breakpoints are set as part of bpmd, but they don't actually stop the debugger.

Once this is fixed (hopefully it isn't a problem in lldb 10) enable the bpmd tests for Alpine.
