Is MemoryStream_SeekOverflow_Throws running on Android? It's disabled for iOS and the mono runtime but if there is an Android configuration that is using CoreCLR it might run.

These tests that allocate gigabytes of memory always cause trouble...

It's only failing on CoreCLR so I suppose it got enabled when we started the Android CoreCLR testing, we should probably disable this on mobile targets...

I think I am just going to put up a PR to remove the parts of it that allocate 2GB of memory. It's already disabled on iOS / tvOS, it's Disabled on Linux, it's partially disabled on Windows. There are already two active issues for it. I don't see what value we are getting out of this test given how much we've needed to disable it.
