Enable GeneratedRegex on partial properties

Extends the attribute to apply to properties, and updates the source generator to support:

[GeneratedRegex("...")]
private static partial Regex Prop { get; }

in addition to the already supported:

[GeneratedRegex("...")]
private static partial Regex Method();
