Always redefining
$MODULEPATHaccording toself.mod_pathsfor everyloadis wrong, since the$MODULEPATHmay have been tweaked by previous loads with a module hierarchy.Besides, it's fairly expensive to do so as well (lots of unnecessary
module usecommands...).
