This fixes EclipseFdn/open-vsx.org#6875 .
The problem is that when an extension specifies an unsupported galleryColor, the extension is not rendered at all due to an uncaught exceptions.
The PR fixes that by detecting unsupported colors and then using a fallback color instead.
