This PR improved the existing release workflow.
It is triggered by the creation of tags in the format
v*and will then build and push the webui and server images.Additionally, a GH release is created and set as the latest.
It does generate the release notes, however the usual snippet on top is not added automatically and has to be manually updated with the correct links.
