Thanks, I started a CI. Images will be available: https://bincache.flatcar-linux.net/images/amd64/9999.0.100+tormath1-scaleway-grub/ in a few hours.
In the meantime, can you add a changelog entry in changelog/changes/ ? Similar to:

On Scaleway VMs, console output in truncated due to console attaching to VGA instead of serial port. Scaleway only provides serial console output.
