Stepper - Manual input - Impossible to insert negative numbers

• Platform and Target: iOS Cordova Android 8 Chrome browser

Describe the bug

Impossible to insert negative numbers in manual mode on stepper.

To Reproduce

Create a stepper with input (or without, it's the same) with min: negative
or clone the stepper example.
Put min: -15
Try to insert manually -8

Expected behavior

Negative numbers

Actual Behavior

When press "-" symbol appear 0
if you press again minus "-" appear "0----" ?!?!?

Additional context

I have tried everything, but nothing.
If you have a solution otherwise I will go back to old input.
