Description
This PR adds a
--mysql-wait-timeout=#flag that sets the session-levelwait_timeoutif >0. This will cause the server to cleanup inactive connections sooner or later depending on the valuescript/cibuildreturns with no formatting errors, build errors or unit test errors.
