Image comparison zoom is inverted in right hand pane #48514

Issue Type: Bug
When comparing an image with it's previous version (clicking on it as a listed change under the source control tab), zooming in/out with ctrl+mouse wheel the left hand pane works as expected (forward zooms out, backward zooms in) but the right hand pane is the other way around.
VS Code version: Code 1.22.2 (3aeede7, 2018-04-12T16:38:45.278Z)
