Antialiasing stopped working on Insiders

• OS Version: macOS 10.13.6

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open up VS Code and the font is not antialiased.
2. Flip through the options in the settings and it never changes the aliasing.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

The anti-aliasing classes are added to the same element as the monaco-workbench class and not nested underneath. I reckon the selectors should be along the lines of .monaco-workbench.monaco-font-aliasing-###.

Tried the exploration build and the issue did not reproduce for me on macOS 10.14.6.
