Debugger: when inlining thread into session, use thread's name as a label

When the web page navigates between the URLs, its thread name changes. I'd be great to either allow session to be renamed or to render the thread name in the tree instead of the session name. I can force thread rename via removing and re-adding it back today, but I can't force the session rename.

@pavelfeldman Yes, session rename is currently not supported.
We could add DebugSession API to change the name. Currently we expose DebugSession.configuration.name - maybe we could just introduce a setter for this.

As for using a Thread name instead of the session name. That sounds very specific to your scenario and we could add an option for this, however I prefer the first approach since it sounds more general and might be used by more clients.

@isidorn: either way works for me. Reusing thread name would mean that I don't need to worry about it outside my DAP implementation, but that is not critical.
