Focus next/prev search result command inconsistent behavior

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a folder
2. Open a external file outside the project folder
3. Do a search causing the "Other files" group appear in the search results
4. Collapse search results
5. Press f4 or shift + f4
6. Results are skipped
