Command `scm.mainPane.focus` does not focus Source Control Providers view

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a folder with multiple source control providers
2. Invoke scm.mainPane.focus command
3. 🐛 The Source Control Providers view is not focused

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
